Based in Cleveland, OH, JWI Capital was formed in 2009 to acquire and invest in companies with less than $50 million in revenue. Unlike the traditional private equity model, JWI Capital provides patient equity capital and will assist management with an operationally focused approach to actively manage and improve the growth, EBITDA and cash flow performance of the business.
